Shipping Policy

ELITEMERCH LLC ships furniture and home goods to customers within the United States through Walmart Marketplace and approved wholesale partners.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Large or freight items may require additional handling time, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Delivery methods

  • Standard parcel shipping for smaller items.
  • LTL freight or white-glove delivery for oversized furniture (scheduled delivery when required).
  • Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) when enrolled and selected for eligible SKUs.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be displayed on the product listing.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided by email or through your Walmart order account once the shipment is dispatched.

Damaged shipments

Inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage within 48 hours to info@mahincassimllc.site with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
